To begin with, let me introduce you to the term, “skin cells.” Skin cells are living organisms that serve as the receptacle for your body’s waste products. As we age our skin cells become less active. They start to slough off and form lines and wrinkles. So now we know what happens when we lose our skin cell activity; we start to develop fine lines and wrinkles. We can also develop infections, rashes, burns and other conditions that can affect the health of our skin. But how can we renew our skin? There are a few things that can be done. First of all, we need to moisturize our skin regularly. This is the number one most important step in renewing our skin.


We also need to stimulate our bodies ability to produce new cells. One way of doing this is by eating lots of fruits and vegetables. The antioxidants found in these foods help to prevent the oxidation of bad cells in the body, which is one of the causes of wrinkles and lines. Applying some cream or lotion containing Vitamin A or E is also beneficial to our skin. Many people believe that regular cleansing with a good moisturizer is enough but if you want to keep your skin looking younger for longer, then a multi-phased approach is more likely to achieve results.


A good example of a multi-phased approach is by using a combination of enzymes and protein peptides. In order to stimulate cell activity, these substances have to be introduced inside the skin through the help of specially designed delivery systems.
